Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
Once an item(s) are "purchased", pre orders included, no refunds will be issued , only store credit, even if the item(s) have not shipped. Discount codes cannot be added after checkout. If in any case an order MUST be cancelled — the transaction fee for the total amount will NOT be refunded.
Return Policy
We DO NOT process returns/exchanges through FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM/TIKTOK
Eligible item(s) may be returned within 15 days of the delivery date (or 15 days from the purchase date for in-store/local pickup orders) for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Please note that shipping costs are not included in store credit refunds.
A tracking number for your return package must be emailed to us within the 15-day return window for your item(s) to qualify for a return.
Return Requirements:
- Tags Must be Attached
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Items returned without tags or received worn/washed/damaged will NOT be sent back and NO store credit will be issued
- We are not responsible for issues caused during washing, drying, or wearing (discoloration, shrinkage, tears, rips, etc). These are not valid reasons for return, refund or exchange.
- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL
- Gift cards are final sale
FINAL SALE Items:
- ***ALL SALE ITEMS*** this includes permanent sale items found in our SALE Tab and any limited time sales we may run. Any items purchased at a discount/special priced/door busters are FINAL SALE.
- Purses/Totes/Wallets/Lanyards - all genuine cowhide and leather and canvas items differ in color/pattern variation - this is not considered a defect and cannot be returned.
- Hats
- Jewelry
- ALL Accessories - (keychains, koozies, tumblers/mugs, wild rags, hair items, pop sockets, home decor items, jewelry cases, socks,)
How to start a return
Email info@fringedfilly.com with your Full name, Order # & Item(s) you are wishing to return or exchange. (your order # can be found on the top right of your packing slip or confirmation email ). The next steps will be provided to you via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
All return shipping is at the customer's expense. We do not provide return labels
Please allow us 24 - 48 hours to process your return once we receive it.
Quality Control Assurance
( All returns are subject to an inspection process )
Any items returned to us that are not in the original condition ( EX: No tags, Worn, Washed , Covered in pet hair, Stained etc.) Will be returned to the customer at their cost, our return shipping fee will be $9.95. Alternatively the item(s) will be donated on your behalf.
Defects or Damaged Items
•Please be sure to inspect your items within 24 hours of receiving your delivery for defects and issues.
•All defects and issues must be notified via email within that 24 hours window, and must include images of the issue.
•We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period of time, removed tags, washed or worn it.
Lost/Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages once they have left our facility, that is the responsibility of the postal service and you’ll need to contact USPS to try and track down your package (keep in mind that sometimes things happen that are out of our control)
Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. Tracking information is sent via email to you when your order has been processed.
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages (marked returned to sender) will be subject to returned shipping fees. Once an item has been shipped we cannot intercept, expedite, or change the shipping.
